Metropolitan Antony and Bishop Daniel Meet with the Minister of Finance of Ukraine Mrs. Natalie Jaresko

On Friday morning, July 31, 2015 His Eminence Metropolitan Antony of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the USA, and His Grace Bishop Daniel, President of the Consistory of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the USA met with the Minister of Finance of Ukraine – Mrs. Natalie Jaresko in her office at the Cabinet of Ministers in Kyiv, Ukraine.

During the meeting, the hierarchs of the Church discussed with the Minister of Finance greater cooperation between Ukraine and its diaspora, the development of church-state relations, as well as social, charitable and missionary activity of the Churches of Ukraine. In conclusion, Mrs. Jaresko, who faithfully served as a member of the Junior UOL Executive Board stated: “I'm hugely thankful to His Eminence Metropolitan Antony and His Grace Bishop Daniel for their continued prayers and spiritual support for our country.”
